Amico mio
Pensavo e riflettevo
Su me stessa ,di come le cose cambiano..
di come noi cambiamo,
ma che  poi siamo solo e sempre gli stessi.
Siamo come le onde del mare
che arrivano a riva..
Onde grandi o piccole , serene o tempestose
e finiamo per infrangerci sulla spiaggia.
Tutte così diverse e poi facciamo la stessa fine.

Amico mio
Noi cambiamo,
il problema è che arrivati
ad un certo punto del cammino,
sembra che questo cambiamento
sia tutto in negativo.
Sai io ne ho passate tante e credo che per quest'ultima,non mi sia ripresa.
Mi viene da ridere,riprendere da cosa poi?
Ciò che vivi ti cambia e dopo ..
..Dopo non puoi tornare indietro,si sa.

I thought and reflected
About myself, how things change..
of how we change,
but that then we are only and always the same. We are like the waves of the sea
arriving at the shore..
Big or small waves, clear or stormy
and we end up crashing on the beach.
All so different and then we end up the same.
