Amico mio
Di cosa posso parlarti ora,
cosa posso scriverti a quest'ora.
È una sera del nuovo anno ed
è un giorno che precede una festa,
ma..il mio cuore è sempre più in tempesta.
Sai il dolore con il tempo deve divenire ricordo
e se non avviene,si perde il divino accordo.
In questa sera
io mi sento,tra i tanti,come una nota stonante.
Amico mio
Siamo distanti ma ciò che ci unisce
è il nostro essere viadanti ..
.. due cuori pronti a vagar per tenersi stretti
l'idea di libertà e per ritrovarsi ubriachi di velleità.
Sai,io credo nell'Amore, ma quando
ti ritrovi sotto un cielo così immenso
è inevitabile pensare che sembri un fantasma.

My friend
What can I tell you about now,
what can I write to you at this hour.
It's a new year's evening and
it's a day before a party, but..
my heart is always more stormy.
You know pain with time must become memory and if it doesn't happen, the divine accord is lost. In this evening
I feel, among many others, like a jarring note.

We are distant but what unites us
it is our being wayfarers ..
.. two hearts ready to wander to hold each other tight the idea of freedom
and to find oneself drunk with wishful thinking. You know, I believe in love, but when
you find yourself under such an immense sky
it is inevitable to think that it looks like a ghost.

Nell'attesa della nuova stagione
Scrivo io e per alleviare il dolore
Anche se non ho una vera ragione
Credo sempre e fermamente all'amore
In questa lunga e disperata attesa
Anch'io ho tanto bisogno di sognare
E penso e scrivo perché non mi pesa
So che con la vita ho i conti da fare
Non mi spettano solo le mazzate
Avrò meritato qualche festino
Poi a pensarci bene tutto fa brodo
E nell'aspettare il nuovo periodo
Cerco di far pace con il destino

Looking forward to the new season
I write and to ease the pain
Even if I don't have a real reason
I always and firmly believe in love
In this long and desperate wait
I too need to dream so much
And I think and write because it doesn't matter to me
I know that I have to deal with life
I don't just get the blows
I must have deserved some party
Then if you think about it, everything makes broth
And waiting for the new period
I try to make peace with fate
I color the days with laughter
